Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Get Never Miss ("Get Never Miss," "we," "us") is operated by Get Never Miss LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We provide automated lead-response, qualification, and appointment-booking services to home-service businesses.

Contact us at [email protected] or 2232 Dell Range Blvd, Suite 303, Unit 1196, Cheyenne, WY 82009.

2. Two kinds of information

It matters which one applies to you.

If you're a business considering or using our service, we collect information about you and your company directly.

If you're a customer of a business that uses Get Never Miss, we handle your information on that business's behalf and under their direction. They decide what happens with it. To have your information corrected or deleted, contact that business directly, or reach us and we'll pass the request along.

3. What we collect

From businesses and prospective businesses

  • Name, business name, email address, phone number, business address
  • Business details you provide: hours, service area, services offered, staff contacts
  • Billing information, processed by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers
  • Records of our communications with you
  • Call recordings, where we record sales calls and disclose that at the time

From your customers, on your behalf

  • Name and phone number
  • Message content in text conversations
  • Information they volunteer: address, nature of their request, urgency
  • Appointment details
  • Call metadata such as time and duration

Automatically, from our website

  • IP address, browser type, pages visited
  • Standard cookies for site function and analytics

We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

4. How we use it

  • To deliver the service: respond to inquiries, ask qualifying questions, book appointments, send reminders
  • To notify our client's staff about new leads
  • To produce performance reports for our clients
  • To bill and support our clients
  • To respond to sales inquiries
  • To improve reliability and message quality
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

5. Text messages

We send text messages on behalf of our clients, only to people who have already contacted that client's business — by calling, submitting a form, or otherwise inquiring.

We never sell, rent, or share text-message consent, phone numbers, or opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Phone numbers collected for messaging are used solely to respond to that person's inquiry on behalf of the business they contacted.

Message types: replies to missed calls and inquiries, qualification questions, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders.

Frequency: varies by conversation, typically 1–5 messages per inquiry.

To stop: reply STOP to any message. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently unless the person opts back in.

For help: reply HELP, or contact the business directly.

Costs: message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Who we share information with

Service providers that make the service work:

  • HighLevel — CRM, automation, and messaging platform
  • Twilio — telephone and text-message delivery
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Google — business email and calendars

Each is bound by its own terms and processes information on our behalf.

Our clients receive the lead information generated for their business. That's the point of the service.

Legal requirements — if compelled by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect rights or safety.

Business transfers — if the business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

That's the complete list. We don't share with advertisers, data brokers, or lead resellers.

7. How long we keep it

Client business information: for the length of the relationship plus three years, or longer where tax or legal rules require.

Customer lead information: while we provide the service to that client, then per that client's instruction. On termination we return or delete the data at their direction.

Opt-out records: kept indefinitely, because we need them to honor the opt-out.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transmission, access controls, and reputable vendors. No method is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information, or object to certain processing.

Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. If your information was collected on behalf of one of our clients, we'll direct you to them or forward your request.

Virginia residents have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, including access, deletion, correction, portability, and opting out of targeted advertising and sale of personal data. We don't sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

10. Third-party links

Our site may link elsewhere. We're not responsible for their privacy practices.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
